How do I copy MS Flight Sim 2000 CD?

I have a the actual CDs that I want to copy. I have tried CDRWin, Plextor Disc Dupe, and Easy CD Creator.
I have but haven't tried nero and discjuggler. Does anyone have any suggestions?
