Teac W512EB-Rev2.0E cannot dump image from original Op Flashpoint CD ...

I tried to dump with CloneCD using a variety of speed settings.

1x - Max

No matter what speed setting I use, the dumping process always indicates 0% even after 10 minutes. The CD-ROM drive light is blinking, the HDD light is blinking, but no read/write is taking place !

So I thought the problem may lie with Op Flashpoint itself. I inserted a copy of Championship manager 00/01 and it reads perfectly (Champman doesn't have copy-protection).

So I tried to dump with blindread ...

And it returns 1 bad sector count after every second of reading !!
It appears like every sector is the CD is bad.

I have a bad feeling it has got something to do with the firmware (Rev. 2.0E) ...

Can anyone help me ?!
