Black&White (German) Copy - Troubles!

I wasn't able to make a copy of Black and White (German)
although:

I copied the content from the cd to C:\Temp
I burned this content
Then I used Safedisc_v2_30_31_Dumper to runblack.exe
Then I used Safedisc_v2_30_31_Rebuilder to the created file

Then I executed it - but it didn't work.
There was just a textfile named "memory leak" created.

What was wrong - anything forgotten?
Do I have to burn another CD with the new exe?

Please help me Out!!
