backup ?

Hi experts,
ive got lg8080b rewriter, nero 5.5 ,clone cd latest.
i was wondering how do i backup to cd i ve got the origanal but cant backup. cd to cd.
please can you tell me how to backup max payne, from hard drive tocd using nero or clone
ive got the no cd exe in the same folder .
