CD WRITERS
i got a cd writer it is a samsung sw-408b and it says it has raw-dao96 and raw+96 wot does this mean and will it allow me to copy a cd with safe v2 on it using clone cd with no probs. please let me no and if it ent good enough wot sort should i buy.

I'd suggest a Phillips brand. From what I'm reading, their current firmware still supports "el magico" that gets you around newer protections. I'm not sure if this was audio or data protection. Sorry I can't remember where I read this but I hope this helped some.

The LiteOn 24X10X40X CDRW is supposed to get around the almighty SD2. I have the LiteOn 16X10X40X which is nice, but wont do SD2... which isn't a problem cause I don't need any games using SD2 (yet).

I second the Liteon...I have it and it burned NOLF (sd2) in 4:30...
