Backing Up Microsoft Games

How do I back up Microsoft Midtown Madness 2 (for PC)? Every time I put the CD into my burner, it gives me a message that says "No CD found."

when refering to midtown 2, i have done it on my sony burner, the backup runs fine without any cracking....

it only uses safedisc1 so as long as your burner is no more than 2 years old and is of good quality, you should have no probs.

I used clonecd (latest version) and said to read subchannel data from data and audio tracks (dont select the fast error skip or abort on read error) and when writing select DONT repair subchannel data (if your burner cant do this it wont show up as an option, and you cannot make running backups of sd1 games without using a crack) just let it rip and you should be right, if not, send me an email....

No, there is NO need to read or write subchannel info for Midtown Madness 2 or any other Micro$oft title for that matter. You're right about it being protected with Safedisc (1) so the ONLY thing that should be #####ed is what you said not to #####; Fast Error Skip.
The copy will work if you have the sub options #####ed, it's just completely unecessary and a waste of time. It will also work without ticking F.E.S. but it should read a lot faster with F.E.S. #####ed.
