Need help with Sacrifice please...

Hello,
I recently purchased Sacrifice and I want to back it up. I cannot because no program that I have can burn it (Clone CD, Nero, WinonCD) maybe I am just not doing it right. Can someone guide me on how to burn this cd correctly?
Also, when I go to "My Computer" and ##### properties of the CD-Rom I get a certain value, but when I open the Cd - Rom and mark everything and ##### proerties i get a lower number. How can this be??
