backup info

Hi ive got a LG 8080b cdrw and using clone cd
Can you explain what it means bye the following.

clone cd not compatible with RAW -RAO.?
Does this mean i cant back up securom and safedisk games. i backed up jack nicklaus 6 golf no problems, i thought i also backed up colin mcrae 2 i install the backup but it wont play
please can you explain about the RAW RAO PROBLEM .
