Please consider to upgrade this game at gcw since your patch doesn't work with 3099 version, and I think there's no way to play the game without the cd!

Same problem as you (as so many people). But no one seems to care here. The patch to update vp3 to 3099 DOES NOT WORK. It will be fine if someone can create a working version. (Explanations on the readme from the patch are bullshit, it doesn't work and that's all!)
Maybe if we ask time after time someone cares...
