Emperor: Battle for Dune, copy house CDs

I have the game instaled and I noticed that some of you say that full instal would be the best way to go. But when I instaled the game I did't see the choice or full or partial instal, and the only CD that I used during instalation was 1st CD.

Also what's the best way to copy US version 3 house CDs? I tried the exe from GCW site but it's only version 1.4 and there is version 1.6 out on the westwood site. thanks
