How to make NO-CD fix??!!

Hi all,

I'm back, my exams have finally ended!!

So I can get back to games. I want to learn how to make a No-CD fix of a .exe-file, but I haven't got a clue on where to ####t!! Can anyone help me with it, point me in the right direction??
