NeoKey And Installing...it's Not Just Soldering 1 Wire?

Anyone Know Or Can Point me in right Direction For Finding out The Exact Directions to installing a Neokey...I was TOld By someone that Soldering the Wire wasn't the Hardest Part...That the Setup was. Apparently You have to Attach something to the CDROM?.. Can anyone Show me Installation Procedures? A Link? Or SOmething? As I just ordered My NeoKey and Would Like to Install it Myself. Thank You For Your Help

Nothing is attached to the CDROM it's a 1 wire installation chip just sodier the one wire and plug in the Neo Key thats it
