man, calm down.
people aren't reading the forum constantly, give it some days. also, people might simply not know the answer.. the store who modded mine doesn't either, and they really tried to help me, and know their stuff.
even if the origa brothers are informed about the bug, it might take them some days to figure out what causes it, and give a solution then.

Did you look at the link I gave you to check whether or not your 18000 is incompatible with the Origachip1.2?

I didn't get psx games to work properly, but I found a way to boot ps2 DVD games. ps2 CD games will boot when I turn it on with the cd inserted (from completely off).
for DVD originals, do this:

power on the system, hit reset (to get it out of standby), open cd tray, put DVD on it, wait till the browser menu appears. now hold the reset button till the tray moves in and it turns off. then turn it back on by hitting reset again. they should boot now.

Then surely it is mis-installed. Those pins on the PS2 chip are very close together and if you took solder to the pins they are likely to have shorted.

How did you solder the a0...8 and B0...8 pins?

charlie the points are perfect. I have images of my installation but it seems that nobody believes in me. . I am only showing that they will deceive me when I bought the origa1,25. do have like you to see those images? I tell the truth

I've spent about an hour on your problem and that was the limit of time I could afford today. Here are my first ideas:

1/
If you have the BIOS board (your first photo) then your 18000 is not compatible with Origachip. That would be clear to anyone who understands English or Italian!

2/
Because the orientation of your chip is different from the Origa diagram, I'm having a tough time confirming your solder points. But I can see variances from the Origa diagram and I must look into this further. This will take me two or three days more because of my time constraints.

If you agree that your 18000 is incompatible, let me know so I don't look at it any more.

Maybe he'll send you the pics. But he hasn't put anything onto B6 and a few other obvious differences.

B6 would only have an influence on the psx games, it's not needed for ps2 stuff. I'll see whenever he sends the pics.

I want to see those pics too. It might just be a short somewhere. Can someone confirm that the Messiah chip might come? Heard a rumor. Wanted to check with you guys.
