Forgotten Island Pinnball!!

I have a huge problem making a bacup-CD for forgotten island Pinnball.CdClone cant read it at all it always says reading error and WinOnCD tells me there is no data on the disc??What kind of security is this??I tried a lot with changin things for cdclone but nothing helped??Can anyone make me a crack for it or something or tell me how to burn it?PLZ
