I don't know anything about the neo 2.2 and elvis, but if you have two of the longer bronze screws left from four units, this is where they go:
one screw will fasten the metal shield to the main board. Look on the back edge of the ps2 next to the heat sink. don't worry about taking the units apart to put the screw back in. The small precision screws do a good enough job.
