Black & White No-CD and Security Fix Question

I was wondering, I want to run my copy of B&W using the No-CD Patch supplied in this site. My question is, will I need to start using the Security Patch if I use the No-CD patch? Is anyone positive that the Security Fix stops the game from sending info to the ISP? I don't wish to get into trouble with my ISP for a game I bought and wish to play w/o having to insert the CD. Thanks!
