need help !!!???

I,ve want to burn some of my games as backup copies, but i dont know what to do with the patches, can someone please help ?

If you burn with CloneCD (with a compatible reader/burner) you don't need to worry about patches. This applies to an internal modchip for all CD games and USB mods except EA sports games.
