AOE2 is safedisk1 protected...use cloneCD and tick Fast Error Skip...
The first part of the disk is all errors (part of the protection)...depending on your reader, it could take up to an hour to get through the first 1-2% (my pioneer dvd takes about this long...HP9300 only takes 6-7 minutes for the whole read...burners generally make the best readers) but after that is speeds up...when burning just tick always close last session...

Is there a cracked EXE ?
So I copy all the file into temp dir. Then use a cracked exe, then burn to a cd ?

Well, actually, I have this old 2x RW-Drive, with the old software that came with it, and all I had to do was copy the CD and use the patch on this site that takes away the CD-Check. Everything installed fine, and it plays fine. The only thing you'll be missing is the music.

I don't know what the copy software is, but I know it's not CloneCD. I think it's Adeptec or something.
