please help me with import backups

i have the NEO KEY 2.5 DVD modchip for my EURO PAL ps2 & i tried copying street fighter EX3 (JAP NTSC) and it works, but in black & white! i tried a NTSC TO PAL patch but same thing happens. i copy PS2 games using discjuggler 3.5 and it works fine on my other games

My TV is 60hz and worked on import DC games.

PLEASE COULD SOMEONE HELP ME AS IM REALLY STUCK ON WHAT TO THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OF DOING IS TRYING TO USE A DIFFERENT CABLE OTHER THAN THE SCART CABLE I GOT WITH MY PS2.
