Please Help Me To make backups!!!!!

I can copy cds but I havent got a clue about copying CDs which are blocked can anyone help me out there PLEASE!!!!! I know you need a patch of course but maybe my burning software is not the right one!!!!! HELP!!!!

what make is your writer wot software have you got (this is the software you need cdrwin & ppf-o-matic or cd clone this one is only 100% compatible with a few writers and works at its best at 100%)
