No Cd-Crack's for Settlers4 don't work.

I use the german Vers. from Settlers4.
The Cracks from GCP-Achive don't work.

The crack for version 756 works (also for the german version)
But the crack 791 doesn´t work with the german version correctly (after installing i have an english version)

The english/german mix is nasty.

But the real proble is: I can't save anymore!
All my savegames get corrupted from version 791.

It's even worse with the mysteriuos 795 patch. This
patch doesn't apply on my german S4_MAIN.exe and
leaves my hard disk with a load of currupted files...

Hello

I got the problem with the german version that if the patched exe is copied, the game starts, but before starting the campaign there is the message "Bitte Siedler 4 CD einlegen". Anyone got a tip ?

1,you forgot to copy the campaign files to disc.
2,savegames are incompatible from 791 to 795 I think.
3,some files missing isn't true works fine!
4,english version-man you speak english or?

is it such a great problem when you see some english text?

ich arbeite mit der version 1.00756.

der crack arbeitet soweit ganz ok, aber beim laden und speichern von spielständen erhalte ich (vorwiegend bei den römer kampagnen) fatal error in s4_main.exe. als betriebsystem benutze ich win2k.

wenn ich das update zu 104791 mache, und den neueren crack benutze, dann ist es englisch (was mich weiter nicht stört!) und ich kann keine kampagnen mehr spielen, da er dann die cd verlangt. trotz das ich den kompletten ordner s4 von der cd ins spielverzeichnis kopiert habe. (beim anderen crack gehts ja).

the crack works generally quite O.K., but with the loads and stores from scores I (predominantly with the Roman campaigns) get error in s4_main.exe fatally. as business-system uses win2k I.

if I do the update to 104791, and the newer crack uses, then it, which doesn't disturb me further, is English!) and I can play no campaigns more since he it asks for the cd then. despite that I the complete steward s4 of the cd into the game-table has copied. , with the other crack gehts yes.

I played both cracks in the campagne mode.
and both cracks with german and english version.
under W98 SE the run fine.dunno if the run under w2k but we released a w2k fix for te 795 crack 2-3 days ago.

der neue craqck für die version 795 haut da wunderbar hin. nun habe ich keine probleme mehr beim laden und speichern. besten dank da siedler für den link!
