Virtual Pool 3 patch

The new Virtual Pool 3 crack for the patched version does not appear to work.

I installed VP3 and overwrote the exe as stated but it still asks for the CD.
I also tried installing followed by installing the official patch (v3.0.8.9) from Interplay then applying the crack but it stills asks for the CD.

B.T.W. I've tried taking the file from all the mirrors and they are all the same which is 667kb even though the VP3 page says they should be 748Kb

This is on Windows 2000.

Any ideas
