F.U.B.A.R

AOE2 Conquerors

I am using a burned CD and the patch from gamefix but when I play in single player mode...the quard, patrol, follow, ofensive stance, defensive stance and stand still stances are missing!!! Anybody else seen this problem or have any clues???
