Fixed.exe Questions \8)

I have GTA2 and Carmageddon II and could not find any CD-Copy patches and was wondering if it was possible to copy the cd to temp directory, then change .exe file with fixed.exe and burn that temp folder to disc so that it doesn't look for protection as when I do the image file thing it totally doesn't work (after 5 hours 0%). Or if this is not possible then could you give me links to sites for a CD-Copy patch.
