RED ALERT2(uk) 1003.. no cd patch doesnt work

Ive tried just about every way i can think of to get this patch to work yet it still askes for the cd!!!!
The patch when run reports it has done the job ok but it hasnt, yes ive copied all the files over im supposed to and even tried putting them in diferant directories...
Could anyone please piont me towards a uk patch that does work(i can only find german patches

use the old ra2.exe which was already cracked along with game.exe cracked exe

my RA2 i the proper on cd one, i just dont want to put the bloody cd in evry time i want to play a game

YOUR gonna need the cracked ra2.exe file also
this exe file must be the same language version
dont worry about the version number since it wasnt updated
