How can cd-protection be removed?

Does anyone know of any guides or tutorials online about how to remove cd-protection from games for example?
If not, I'd need to know what copy protection that is used for Championship Manager 00/01 and how to get pass it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Protection is Safedisk, you can make a copy with CloneCD or you use a Crack:
