booting dvd-rips

hey all.

i am no stranger to cd backups, never coasted one yet but i am thinking of ripping dvd's and was interested in how people boot them.

i have:
pal ps2 v3/4, neo2, ar1.3

and:

pal ps2 v5, neo2.2, ar2.01

any help is appreciated.

my pal version 4 and my old neo2.2 would boot dvdrips normal boot method for cdrs or ea method
my posted boot methods r for dvdr copies
for rips sound fmv removed u just boot them normally
i have seen a different method floating about but i never used it
now with messiah u just pop them in they boot

thanks dust2dust. i did do a search and it was just ur methods for dvdr's.. that's why i asked. thanks for the help.

now i can only hope those messiah clones work out to be the real deal.
