Problems with TOSC no-cd

I downloaded patch 1.3.5512 for TOSC and then downloaded the no-cd patch as well. Strangly, the no-cd crack works fine for starting the game and I'm never prompted to put in cd's 4, 5, or the TOSC disc, but I still get the "insert cd (1, 2, or 3)" I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
