The game has no pzlib streams, so pzlib doesn't work at all.

Same should be for reflate. But i'm not sure.

Maybe pLZ4 do the job. But it's not part of UA/CIU for now (needs further testing).

about the registry thing , i thing it might be better to use EA's own solution

aka touchup.exe in _Installer folder
wchin needs to be run with following parameters:
install -locale en_US -installPath "D:\Mass Effect Andromeda" -autologging -startmenuIcon=0 -desktopIcon=0

(obviously the installpath section depends on installdir)
which sets it up all by itself(including basic redists) as you can see in Instalůlog file after you run it

To run the game in your own language just edit the .ini file like this:
[Settings]
Language=en_US
AppID=1019025
PlayerName=your name

No need for regs, I guess.
