1. Install the game. Update game to latest version.

2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.

2A. MOVE _CommonRedist to Conversion Output folder.

3. Run UltraARC, Browse/Select Your game folder, then choose output location, & compression method.

4. Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

5. Then burn folder contents to DVD.

Before try I have a question, what exe target in the shorcut ?

Because I have a "Hitman Closed Alpha" and for run execute the "hitman_ca.exe", I ask before edit the name.

The exe for the conversion is Launcher.exe ( root of game folder ) I can make a specialized edition for you hitman_ca.exe ( is in root of game or subfolder ) ?

Hitman v1.14.3 from 65.6 GB (Ripped digital bonus) & compress using method:

srep:m1f:l512+lolz:d128m:mtt1:mt6:mc1023

Got 6x dvd5 (23.1 with redist folder)
Test install & play works perfect

Actually, I had to do it with UltraARC since diskpan went into a loop starting it.

Forgot to change _diskspan.bat from my settings. edit it & change
set choice= to blank,
remove : from fron of set /p choice= Type Your Game Directory (f.e.%eg%):

then diskspan will work properly.

Or just use Diskspan from a newer conversion

Done with a newer Diskspan, but setup installs only "uninstall.exe" as usual.
