I'm trying to make complete Arkham Asylum with all DLCs. Been using ISCAB, but the damn thing gives me a headache. Every time I get an error message I also get layout.bin with 0B.
When I finally removed and replaced files, tried to put additional files and directories inside. Ended up with empty cab files now.
Is there a program that can manipulate InstallShield cabinet files like i6comp did? No way I'm gonna start this all over with ISCAB.

Been using Orca 3 for a long time now, haven't cross my mind to check for an update. Now I have V5, so thanks for that and Joe Forster for useful post.
But I don't see how to edit MSI database, since there isn't one.
Sorry, maybe I should've been more specific. There is data1.hdr and 5 cab files.
Probably done with InstallShields InstallScript (no MSI) Project.
