Instructions:
1. Install the game. Download attachment and extract (Not in game folder);
2. Leave _CommonRedist in the game folder. Correct path:

_CommonRedist\DirectX\Jun2010\DXSETUP.exe

3. Run UltraARC.exe, set Source/Output and press Start.
4. Test and have fun

when i choose mask compression in ultra arc it will failed

goto resource folder in UA, edit Config0.ini change mask method to whats posted.
