i don't know how to use patches

could someone please help me, i've been trying to copy hidden and dangerous uk version and i can't. i got cdr win and nero burning rom but i don't know how to use the .exe patches that are available on variouse site. could someone please help me.

Try to make an IMAGE with Nero or CdrWin ; then extract it with Isobuster (or directly from the cd if you know as well isobuster) .Whendone include the fixed.exe/No CD patch to replace the original......you can burn this extracted and modified image.....
