First off shorten the name of the MAIN folder ( image 3 ), then each game will need to be in subfolder under MAIN folder.

Second use a TEMP folder on D:\ rather then downloads compressed subfolders...
It probably has issues with using those folders on C:\ ... I'd suggest to never use C:\
for anything other then OS, keep all games + conversion stuff on d:\ or another partition
to keep OS as clean as possible.
