RA2 and a simple fact

I have copied RA2 successfully and played it off my 12X10X32 SCSI Plextor Drive, This same CD can't be played on Most CD-ROMS, Probably none (besides the plextor 12X10X32). What I understand is that there is a new security that we are all aware of (lack of a better name "SAFEDISK2"). Now that I have my backup of my CD I can store the original back in the box.

I have tried this on the HP 9300, 9100 series CD-r/w and the copies don't work. I took my 9300 back to buy the new plextor. Get the Plextor it rocks!!!!

I have another simple fact for you - If you'd burned the copy with CloneCD and usual Safedisc settings on one of the HPs it would've worked as well. In this case just in the HPs!

I copyed the Soviet Disc succesfully using an ordinary 74 min CD, readspeed 2x, Subchannel on and fast error skip.
And then only check 'do not repair subchannel' and write it at your prefered speed.
I have tried it on two different CDROM's and it works perfectly.
The Allied CD however did not work in any machine besides mine.
