dvdr pal2ntsc
Does anyone know of a util that will convert a DVDR image (say with primo) from ntsc to pal and vice versu ..i have seen some tools however they dont say either way ...?

Utils that try and do this for CDs barely work!
I try and avoid the problem; initially with an NTSC to PAL signal convertor and now with a multi-system TV. If you have an NTSC TV you have a potential problem in that thh PAL to NTSC convertor costs some $250. But at the moment I don't see many other options. It'll come though.
