How do you install a game from your HD?

To make a long story short my Legitmant Unreal Tournament CD got scratched up and is missing a file, I had a friend email me the file and I copied the entire CD to my HD I then put the missing file where it belongs but my question is how do I install it from the HD?

Is there a program to trick windows into thinking my UTCD directory is my CDROM drive? lil help here?

Beats me? Talk to the games customer support? I've heard that if you OWN the game and it gets damaged they will send you a new one providing you have proof of purchase. YOu may have to pay shipping fees?
