Help, I'm a dud!!

Hey guys,

I would like to copy some of my games but I'm not sure how to do it. I have both Nero and Sony CD Exteme, can I use these and how?? Also how do I make copies of my protected games and how can I tell if games are protected or not?? Please explain it really simply as I am just new at this!
