HI,
The NEO4 is still in development, and there is still no def release date as such. The current mod is the NEO2.2 which is what i have and its been a great little chip, plays all my PS1 and PS2 backups, along with my REGION X as the BOOT CD you cant really get better then that at the mo. For info on all the NEO chips check out www.playstationmods.com - the home of the NEO chip.
