Making a bootable PSX-disc

Pleez don't flame me for being new to the board!

I have access to psx games, consisting of a cue and a bin file. How do I burn a bootable cd with them. I'm using nero but could somebody be specific, please?

the best program to use for this is cdrwin.
All u do is open up cdrwin click record disc, then load cuesheet, after that start recording.

Fireburner is also excellent bin,cue file burning software.
