Help ME NO İnno SEtup NO ULTRAARCH :(

Guys, i still couldnt solve this problem. I used to be able to select custom installation when i install innosetup however now when i click on custom it installs innosetup to C. I downloaded Ultra arc files but when it says data 2 it cancels the installation and gives an error message. I've tried it on win8 and win10 however error still occurs

it depends on what the creator of the script chose to use. would be more helpful if you stated what game & script your using to see if any error....
