drag the *.g0s and *.dat files into MGSV_QAR_Tool.exe
and it will extract the files
then drag *.inf into MGSV_QAR_Tool.exe it will create new files

yee but if you want to make the files md5 PERFECT you should install the game and compare all the "DAT" or "G0S" files with Xdelta3 and get the xdelta patch files.
