How do you burn .bin files in win2000?????

I want to ask if anyone knows how you burn the bin files of psx games.
Nero reports an error in the cue sheet and when I extract the image, it burns it as audio track or leaves one or two files out so the game game won't work.
HELP!!!!!
I tried using Discjuggler, cdrwin, but nothing seems to work.
Can anyone tell me which software I need to get the game on a CD as game????

can anyone tell me how you use it????
I got fireburner but when I scan it for corruption, it reports errors.
Is there a way to repair bad cue sheet and which tools do I need for that????
