PAL Patches (I'm in Australia)
I find many patches available NTSC but never PAL when I need it. Does anybody have suggestion for a good source. Specifically Harry Potter & The Emperor's New Groove I cant find... Usually I search UK and have success but I guess these are recent.

I am keen to learn secret to generating patches if somebody can email [email protected] I am keen to contribute.
