Then it doesnt surprise me if Setup.exe not starts.
Add DiskSliceSize and SlicesPerDisk right under DiskSpanning. For DiskSliceSize choose the size of bin files (in bytes), for SlicesPerDisk the amount of bin files. eg for DVD5 DiskSliceSize=1163919360 and SlicesPerDisk=4
