need help copying PSX games with CloneCD

Ok, I had 3 games to copy which are Vagrant Story, Metal Gear : Solid, and Xenogears.

I had no problems doing a copy of the first one (Vagrant Story), but when it comes to the two others, I always end out with non-working copies.
Here's what I put in CloneCd : Read - 1x, Write - 1x. That should be ok, no?

And what is so strange about that is that I succeeded in burning one of them. Can anyone please help me?

maybe you need to patch those two games first, 'cause probably they are protected. 8-)

i found this neat program called clony and it tells me what settings to use on clone cd based on what protection is found, you can find it here ####://www.cdmediaworld.com/cgi-bin/dlcmw.cgi?ClonyXLFinal_eng!zip i really like this program as it seems to work well for me

If the games is protected Clony will report that you need to check Read Sub-Channel Data in CloneCD. So of course your burner needs to be compatible for this (mode RAW-DAO + 96) otherwise you'll have to find a patch and use CDRWin instead.
