CDR QUESTION !

I´ve heard that when burning to 800MB CDR´s it writes like 30 MB over 800MB´s ? True or false ?

I have 6 games that are around 830-840 MB´s and in Finland we don´t have over 800MB CDR´s on sale.

I don't know the game you are copying but with italian games i do the overburn function with nero and the games seems to work good
P.S. I usually use only 650mb cd
