thnks Razor12911, i resolve the problem.
This is the png file.  The file on line converted fail to compilling in ASC. So i decide to use "Greenfish Icon Editor Pro"   when i made the convertion with "Greenfish Icon Editor Pro" with default settings the compilling fail again. Maybe nt.dll not support 16 and 256 colors.  So i decide to use 32-bit only  and Works
