Can't Back it UP?!

I'm trying to back up my xmen vs street fighter game and I'm running into problems.
It keeps giving me errors each time. I have nero and that won't let me either. Is there some setting I have wrong?

I was using nero. If your looking for a brand name of the CD-RW, where can I look that up? I don't know about the mod chip really, where do I find that out?
It always tells me that one file CAPCOM30.(something) cannot be copied.
