need help in repacking

hi all i am using Ultraarc and Installer creator to make repacks compiled successfully when installing game at 100% completion i am getting CLS-MSC.dll missing error. check this http://imgur.com/ZQb4K7f
please help me i didnt use msc while compressing archive

make sure CLS-MSC.dll exists in both folders where you have IC & UA installed. ( check all folders, your AV might have deleted it )

i re installed Windows then re downloaded Ultra arc and IC but the same problem exist didnt installed AV too...

when i use 7zip method in Ultra arc all is good with that but when i use arc compression then getting this error

I could fix it but I no longer have source of this program and it only works in Delphi XE3 which I no longer have, but I'll try if I can get my older source of this from someone who downloaded it before.
